One of their latest installs was done for a major flexographic printing and laminating plant. The company produces many labels and packaging for various well-known food products. However, the plant was having HVAC problems with cottonwood and other debris entering their air intakes and clogging the coils. This resulted in the units being continuously shut down for cleaning to maintain adequate air flow.

Custom designed PreVent air intake filters were installed on the company’s Trane and York HVAC units which were built to cover and protect each air intake’s exact dimensions.
Our PreVent air intake filters were attached easily, quickly and securely with Permatron’s mounting kits. Cleaning debris from air filters will now be a simple task; the air intakes can be quickly wiped clean with a broom or shop vac as often as needed.
